George Farris is a 1972 graduate of Cardinal Mooney and is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Farris Marketing.  Like his brother Ed, he is a charter member of the Cardinal Mooney Alumni Board.  He serves as Marketing Committee Chairman and has written, directed, and produced numerous video presentations for the school.  In addition, he has served on the Alumni Association's Career Day Committee and chaired the annual Cardinal Mooney Family Pigskin Party

Mr. Farris has served on the Board of Directors of the Youngstown Central Area Community Improvement Corporation and is past co-leader of the Downtown Revitalization Committee.

He has been a member of the parish council at St. Maron Church and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Better Business Bureau.

He and his wife Marie are the parents of two sons, George and Anthony.  They reside in Boardman.
