Mark Lyden
Football


Mark, who had thirteen years of coaching experience when he joined the Mooney staff teams strength and conditional coordinator and also coaches outside linebackers and running backs. He is a 1977 Boardman graduate and has coached at South, Wilson and East. He served as an assistant to Ron Demesko at South and as head coach at Wilson and East where his squad won the City Series title and reached the post season play-offs in 1997. Mark, who holds a master's degree from YSU is currently on the faculty at Chaney High School where he teaches English. Mark and his wife Wendy are the parents of three children; Sara, Matt and Jade.
