Ken Lisko
Class of 1978
Post-graduate Achievement in Baseball

While at Cardinal Mooney, Ken Lisko started for three seasons on the basketball team which included Mooney’s first SVC championship team, and starred on the baseball diamond.

Ken’s stellar athletic background served him well at Marietta College.  By the time he graduated in 1982, Ken had been named to the Division III All-American team in 1981 and 1982 and was an NCAA World Series All-Star selection.  As a junior, he established seven season records including batting average, hits, home runs, and runs scored.  At the end of Ken’s career, he had the most R.B.I’s and total runs in Marietta and Ohio Athletic Conference history.

The OAC championship teams (1979, 1980, 1981), 3 Mideast region championship teams, and Marietta’s first national championship team (1982) have all claimed Ken as a member.  In 1981, he was the recipient of the OAC’s Branch Rickey MVP award.

Ken is currently self-employed as the owner of a real estate renovation company.  He and his wife, the former Sonia Vukovich, have two daughters.
