Basketball
has always been a large part of Pat Moore's life where he's been
very successful at every stage.
Pat
led the '75 – '76 Cardinal cagers to the sectional championship.He was the leading scorer and rebounder and voted team
M.V.P.Pat, who earned All-SVC honors, was selected
to play in the Mahoning Valley Coaches Association All-Star Game.
Pat
continued his basketball career at Youngstown State University,
where he played for three years.He has coached basketball for nine years, coaching
seven of those years at Beachwood High School where his teams
garnered four league titles and four best records in school history.Also, he has developed five All-State players.His overall record is 114-85.
A
teacher for twenty-one years, Pat is a reading specialist at Shaker
Heights High School in Shaker Heights, Ohio and has earned a Master's
in Education from the University of Texas.
Pat
and his wife, the former Susan Walsh, are the proud parents of
three children.
