Debbie Babyak was a star golfer when
the sport was just beginning at Mooney. In fact, her talent at
that time was far superior to any other high school girl competing
in the sport. She was not only the Cardinals’ medalist in ‘75
and ‘76, she led the entire SVC for both years. Debbie would have
been an outstanding performer in any era. Debbie was blessed with
great athletic ability which, coupled with her competitiveness,
made her well suited for the rigors of golf. Debbie played on
the University of Cincinnati women’s golf team for two years before
giving up collegiate golf to concentrate on her studies. Debbie
is a registered pharmacist and is the Pharmacy Manager at the
Giant Eagle in Boardman. She is married to Todd Schuller and has
3 children, Kelly, Todd and Kevin.
