Marching Band is a highly visible and athletic instrumental performance group that promotes pride, spirit, and community. Performances include: football games and rallies, parades, band shows, basketball games and community events. The Auxiliary units of Twirlers, Dance line, and Flag Corp join the band at all performances. The Auxiliaries would also compete in competitions around the community and state.Concert Band is more of a jazz ensemble that plays jazz, swing, and concert pieces for community events, school concerts, and trips. Both bands are eligible for competitions.
The Band and Auxiliary Unit is under the direction of Mr. Mark Vollmer.
