| A graduate of Youngstown State University
with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics, and a master's
degree in gifted and talented education, Christina Hughes began teaching
math at Cardinal Mooney High School in 1997. She has also had experience
as a substitute teacher in the public schools.
Mrs. Hughes teaches Geometry and Honors Geometry in addition to
serving as the pianist for the Music Ministers. She is a member
of St. Luke Parish and active in the music ministry there.
Mrs. Hughes is married and the mother of three girls.
Mrs. Hughes says that her favorite quote is "Carpe Diem,"
meaning Seize the Day.
