| Allan Williamson, a Mooney graduate (class
of 65), received a Bachelor of Arts from Athenaeum of Ohio and
a Master of Liberal Arts from John Hopkins University.
He joined the faculty at Cardinal Mooney in August 1970. After
spending four and a half years in the United States Air Force, he
rejoined the Mooney staff in August 1975.
Mr. Williamson has taught in the Religion, English, and Social
Studies departments at Cardinal Mooney since August 1970. He coached
the speech and debate team form 1975-1985. From 1989-1991, he was
the head coach of the girls softball team. From 1989-1999,
Mr. Williamson was the girls volleyball coach. Currently,
he is the head coach of the bowling
team, football announcer, and sports banquet emcee.
He served as a vice-president at large of the National Association
of Catholic School Teachers and is a former president of the Youngstown
Diocesan Confederation of Teachers.
Allan Williamson is married and has six children who have all
graduated from Cardinal Mooney. His personal quote is Dear
