YOUNGSTOWN – Ava spent her summer traveling to Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Boston, immersing herself in dance opportunities across the country. In Las Vegas, she competed in group routines and performed two solos, all while learning and performing an opening number choreographed by Dance Moms choreographer Gianna Martello.
In Phoenix, Arizona, she dedicated 10 days to intensive training with professional choreographers and dancers. During her time there, she performed two solos and participated in a showcase. She also had the exciting opportunity to audition for colleges and was honored to receive a four-year, $20,000 scholarship to Dean College in Boston.
Ava wrapped up her summer with a week-long trip to Massachusetts for her third visit to CLI. She trained for over 10 hours each day, connected with new friends, and built lasting relationships. While there, she took part in a dance-on-camera video shoot, a photo shoot, and the filming of a group music video.
