(August 2-Youngstown, OH)- Mr. Dan Landers, Interim President of Cardinal Mooney High School in Youngstown, Ohio has announced the hiring of Rebecca Bayley as Director of Admissions and Marketing effective August, 1, 2016.

Mrs. Bayley joins the Cardinal Mooney family after working for the Archdiocese of New York’s Department of Education where she was Regional Marketing Specialist in the Northwest/South Bronx Catholic Schools and Director of Enrollment assisting in the development and implementation of a new, online admissions initiative. Under Mrs. Bayley and her team, applications to Archdiocesan Schools increased 50% within one academic year. Previously, she worked as a Marketing Coordinator for QoL Meds in the Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania service sectors and as a Reading Intervention Instructor and long term Substitute Teacher with the Niles City School District.

Mrs. Bayley graduated summa cum laude from the Ohio State University with dual, honors Bachelors’ Degrees in International Studies and Italian. As an undergraduate, she was inducted into Golden Key, Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Beta Kappa honor societies. Mrs. Bayley earned her Master of Arts degree in Modern European Studies from Columbia University and her MBA from the Williamson College of Business at Youngstown State University with research conducted on the Effects of Price and Service Perception-Expectation Congruency.
